UPS numbers
Start with 1Z followed by 16 letters and digits. Older UPS Mail Innovations references can be 9 digits or a T plus 10 digits.
FedEx numbers
All digits — usually 12, sometimes 15, 20, or 22 for Ground and SmartPost shipments.

The tracking number is emailed the moment the label prints. If it's been a while since you ordered, call or text and you'll get a straight answer from the owner — not a ticket number.
