The HVAC blower motor is the electric motor that drives the squirrel cage impeller inside the HVAC housing, drawing air through the cabin filter, across the heater core and evaporator, and pushing it into the cabin through whichever vents the climate control system has selected. On the VS30, the blower motor is controlled by the HVAC module through a blower motor regulator that varies fan speed continuously from low to maximum.
