Power steering hose leaks on the NCV3 Sprinter are more common than most owners expect — and the return line running between the reservoir and the cooling tube is one of the most frequent failure points in the hydraulic circuit. A leaking return hose leads to fluid loss, foaming, power steering whine, and eventually pump damage if left unaddressed. This OEM replacement hose restores a sealed return circuit and protects the entire power steering system.

What This Part Does

This is the return side hose that carries low-pressure power steering fluid from the cooler back to the reservoir. Unlike the high-pressure supply hose, this return line operates at lower pressure — but it still degrades over time from heat cycling, fluid exposure, and vibration.
