The front lower ball joint is the pivot point between your Sprinter's lower control arm and steering knuckle — and on a heavily loaded commercial van, it's one of the hardest-working suspension components on the vehicle. When it wears out, the consequences show up fast: clunking over bumps, vague steering, accelerated tire wear, and a front end that no longer tracks straight under load. This OEM-spec replacement restores tight suspension geometry and eliminates the play that worn joints introduce into the front end.

What This Part Does

The lower ball joint allows the front suspension to travel vertically while maintaining the correct steering axis and wheel alignment geometry.
